Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered some 'ready to write invitations' and 'botanical notepads' from Paper Willow. The quality of the paper and printing was excellent, really lovely designs. The notepads are beautiful. Delivery took about 10 days to reach me in California, which was longer than I expected for ready-to-ship items. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping, but a clearer estimate upfront would be helpful. Overall, I'm happy with the products for the price.

Consistent quality, keeps me coming back

This is my third order from Paper Willow. I first got 'thank you cards', then 'illustrated greeting cards', and this time a 'botanical notepad' and some 'envelope liners'. Every time, the quality has been consistently high. The designs are always beautiful and the paper stock feels premium. It's why I keep returning. You know exactly what you're getting, and it's always good.

Great value on my first order

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I signed up for the newsletter and got a discount on my 'illustrated greeting cards' and some 'gift wrap'. The discount made a real difference, and the quality for what I paid was excellent. It felt like a smart purchase. Shipping was fair for international, took about 8 days to get to me in Texas. Definitely worth it.

Detailed review of bespoke venue painting

I commissioned a 'bespoke venue painting' of our wedding location. The process started with a consultation, where I sent over reference photos. The artist provided an initial sketch for approval, which was a good step. Once approved, the final painting was done and sent digitally for a final check before shipping. The painting itself is incredibly detailed and captures the essence of the venue perfectly. It took roughly 4 weeks from start to finish, which is in line with their stated turnaround for bespoke items. Shipping to New York was secure and the painting arrived without issue. While the price is higher for custom work, the quality and communication throughout the process made it a worthwhile investment. Highly recommend for a truly personal touch.

Cute stuff, easy to order

Just wanted some cute stationery, so I grabbed a few 'illustrated greeting cards' and an 'art print'. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and checkout was smooth. Everything arrived well-packaged. The cards are really sweet, and the print looks nice on my wall. No fuss, just a good experience all around.
